At Kore Labs, we respect your data privacy and provide a transparent process to remove your information from our systems. Our application is designed for Business Intelligence and Benchmarking, and we ensure that users have full control over the data shared through Meta (Facebook).

If you wish to delete your activities or data associated with the Kore Labs Benchmark App, please follow these steps:

1. Remove the App via Facebook Settings

The primary way to revoke access and trigger data deletion is through your Facebook account:

1. Go to your Facebook Profile's Settings & Privacy.

2. Click on Settings.

3. Navigate to Apps and Websites in the left-hand menu.

4. Find Kore Labs Benchmark App and click Remove.

2. Request Manual Data Deletion from Kore Labs

Once the app is removed from your Facebook settings, you may request that all historical data stored in our Kore Analytics system be permanently deleted:

• Send an email to: info@korelab.io

• Subject Line: Data Deletion Request - [Your Store Name]

• Required Info: Please provide the email address used to sign up and the name of the Facebook page/ad account linked to the app.

3. Processing Timeline

• Upon receiving your email, our technical team will verify the request and proceed with the manual deletion of all marketing and profitability metrics related to your account.

• We will confirm the permanent deletion via email within 30 business days.

• Please note that this action is irreversible and will remove all access to your POAS (Profit on Ad Spend) and CM2 (Contribution Margin) historical dashboards.
